IMPORTANT WALK- IN POLICY 
Due to a high volume of walk-in clients, we CANNOT accommodate clients who come in 20 minutes before our closing time for a 20 minute service, resulting in refusal due to lack of time. We value your time we urge you to call us before coming to know an estimated wait time for your service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY  
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment! This deposit will be used towards your service total. You must pay the remaining balance at the time of checkout. Any cancellation/rescheduling must be made by emailing or calling Thread 24hrs in advance so that your deposit can be credited towards your next appointment. We can only hold your credit for 30 days. After 30 days, you may not use your credit for future appointments.

Failure to cancel/reschedule 24hrs in advance will result in losing your initial deposit.

LATE POLICY 
We ask that you inform us of your late arrival. From the time of your appointment, you have a 10 min grace period to arrive to check in. After 10 mins, it will be at the discretion of the esthetician/technician if they will be able to take you for your service at the time of your arrival. Please note if our esthetician/technician is not able to service you, cancellation policy applies.

GRATUITY POLICY 
Our staff works very hard to provide the best possible service. It’s only fair that you return the favor. An 18% gratuity will automatically be included on services that are $100 and up
