Brow Lamination

Infused with keratin, brow lamination takes your unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction. The direction that your brows are lifted is to ensure thickness and fullness in your brows. This gives them a uniform shape for an extended period of time! Key Facts: • Lasts up to 4-6 weeks • Safe for your brows • FDA approved • Includes brow shaping + tinting Before your appointment your brows should be: – clean free of makeup – untrimmed – grown out for 2+ weeks – should not be taking any topical/acne medication for the skin * Please note we will be unable to perform the service if these requirements are not met. ** Please also note this service cannot be done if you are pregnant. NOTE: You MUST wait 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment to get your brows retouched Additionally, brow laminations are not for everyone. If you feel unsure about the state of your brows and want us to let you know if we think you’re a good fit for lamination, DM us with a pic of your eyebrows!

A thorough discussion of what to expect during the ombre shading, combo brows and microblading process. An in depth analysis of your brows including different pigments that match your brows, an outline of your brows, discussing key facts of your procedure and providing better solutions.

Brow Repair

Got brows that you want to give up on? Patchy or uneven? Just plain complicated? This brow repair service includes brow mapping, shaping & tinting, threading or waxing to achieve brow shaping, two-week monitored growth and the best solutions for your brows! Book an appointment with an expert brow artist for an exclusive brow appointment experience.

Brow Jelly

A personalized mask to add on to ANY BROW SERVICE! This can be added to any brow shaping, brow tinting, brow repair, brow lamination or even when you come in for a lash lift service! Essential for post treatment to combat redness, oily skin, sebum, acne, flakiness, hyperpigmentation and more! This hydrojelly mask soothes your open pores leaving your skin extra glowy and fresh.

IMPORTANT WALK- IN POLICY 
Due to a high volume of walk-in clients, we CANNOT accommodate clients who come in 20 minutes before our closing time for a 20 minute service, resulting in refusal due to lack of time. We value your time we urge you to call us before coming to know an estimated wait time for your service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY  
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment! This deposit will be used towards your service total. You must pay the remaining balance at the time of checkout. Any cancellation/rescheduling must be made by emailing or calling Thread 24hrs in advance so that your deposit can be credited towards your next appointment. We can only hold your credit for 30 days. After 30 days, you may not use your credit for future appointments.

Failure to cancel/reschedule 24hrs in advance will result in losing your initial deposit.

LATE POLICY 
We ask that you inform us of your late arrival. From the time of your appointment, you have a 10 min grace period to arrive to check in. After 10 mins, it will be at the discretion of the esthetician/technician if they will be able to take you for your service at the time of your arrival. Please note if our esthetician/technician is not able to service you, cancellation policy applies.

GRATUITY POLICY 
Our staff works very hard to provide the best possible service. It’s only fair that you return the favor. An 18% gratuity will automatically be included on services that are $100 and up
